Introduction to Foundation Program
If you are interested in joining a study program, or just want to find out more about it, please contact our Foundation Program Coordinator info@meditationincoastalva.org
About the Class:
If you have been attending General Program classes and are ready for more, you might enjoy the Foundation Program (FP). The next step in deepening your practical experience of Buddha’s teachings, FP is a second-tier study program that studies one Buddhist text at a time in a systematic way.
Foundation Program classes include guided in-depth meditations, commentary to the text, chanted prayers, discussion, and the company of spiritual friends.
