Meditation is something that everyone can learn and practice. Using the simple meditation techniques taught in these classes, you can develop a more positive outlook, feel more confident and happier, experience a reduction in stress and anxiety, and find greater meaning and purpose in life.
The classes consist of a relaxation meditation, a short talk on meditation practice and how to keep a positive mind in daily life followed by a second meditation. There is a different class topic each week allowing you to drop-in to any class at your convenience. The meditation is done sitting in chairs and no special clothing is necessary. Come as comfortable as you like!
